If you cancel a session, the following refund policy applies: If you cancel: You will receive: Individual or Custom Sessions In these cases, if you cancel, there will be no session > 24 hours before the session 100% refund 6 - 24 hours before the session 70% refund < 6 hours before the session no refund Small Group Sessions In these cases, if you cancel, we will still run the session for the other students No refund for cancellation Since we will run the session for the remaining students in the group, we cannot offer a refund to one student who cancels. To do so would require the students who don't cancel to pay more, which we will never do. If you cancel: You will receive: Small Group Sessions where the entire group cancels In these cases, if you cancel, there will be no session >24 hours before the session 100% refund 6 - 24 hours before the session 70% refund < 6 hours before the session no refund If we cancel a session: You will receive a 100% refund From time to time we may be forced to cancel a session due to instructor illness, weather, or some other unforeseen circumstance. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and, of course, provide a 100% refund.
